Spent Christmas at this cozy hotel and loved it! Rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city's attractions and a plethora of restaurants and shops. the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always offering helpful tips and local recommendations. We also loved the complimentary breakfast and hot coffee available each morning.
The lack of amenities in the room, which was a bit disappointing. the noise from the nearby construction site was quite loud at times, making it hard to relax and unwind.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel that was in a great location and had two amazing features: a café bar downstairs for easy food access, and on-street parking right outside. the rooms were spotless which was very impressive.
There were some aspects that were quite upsetting, such as the fact that the staff were very cold and unapproachable. there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and my bathtub was not cleaned for the whole week.
